A Little About Me
I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and Weight-loss Specialist. I have a wealth of knowledge to share with my clients. We each have unique needs and life experiences. I offer my clients individualized training plans with or without nutrition coaching. I am currently moving my fitness studio to a location that showcases top of the line equipment and is designed to train one or two people at a time. Once I move into my new location I will have greatly expanded availability. The new location is a place where you are the focus, and the equipment is available when you are ready to use it. No more waiting around for the person on their 12th set of Lat pulldowns. I am currently training at an alternate location, and I am taking new clients. Take me along on your fitness journey. I will meet you where you are and help you reach your goals.
On this site you will also find the Lively Ember Strengthwear and Strengthgear collection. After years of failing to find the perfect gear for athletes like me who live to lift, I decided to reject the yoga mats with the fluffy clouds and the average run of the mill workout appeal. The collection is small for now but growing. My goal is to create a collection of strengthwear with an edge and offer the workout gear to match.
