I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and Weight-loss Specialist.  I have a wealth of knowledge to share with my clients.  We each have unique needs and life experiences.  I offer my clients individualized training plans with or without nutrition coaching.    The studio is located at 40 West Lawrence in Suite D near the Gold Bar in Downtown Helena.    The Crafted by Iron Personal Training  Studio showcases top of the line equipment it was carefully designed to cater to the needs of one or two people at a time.    The new location is a place where you are the focus, and the equipment is available when you are ready to use it.  No more waiting around for the person on their 12th set of Lat pulldowns.    I am taking new clients for both in-person training, on-line, and through the Coach Catalyst App for a monthly fee. The new location also features the Lively Ember Athletica, a specialty activewear and athletic gear store.  We offer something for everyone.  Lively Ember Athletica features edgy styles for individuals who like to standout and live on the edge.  I created Lively Ember Athletica after years of failing to find the fun apparel and athleticwear designed that showcase your style.  I decided to reject the yoga mats with the fluffy clouds and the average run of the mill apparel.   Lively Ember features designs from  Mia Brazilia  and others.    Many of the Mia Brazilia designs are one of a kind limited edition releases.  Come down and see the designs in person.
